§ 8.38.110. Confirmation and recovery of abatement costs.

In any action or proceeding to abate a dangerous or substandard building under this chapter, the city may recover its full actual and reasonable costs of identifying, declaring, and abating the nuisance by following the procedures for cost confirmation and recovery set forth in Chapter 8.34.
