§ 8.12.050. Public solid waste receptacles.

It is the policy of the city to place and maintain solid waste receptacles at such locations as are deemed necessary for the public convenience. It is unlawful for any person to put any household or business garbage, recyclable materials or green waste into public solid waste receptacles.
