§ 7.04.010. Adoption by reference of county's animal control code.

The county board of supervisors, an agency of the state within the meaning of Government Code Section 50022.1, has adopted county provisions for animal control services constituting Division 416 of the County Code. Certified copies of Division 416 of the County Code are and have been on file with the city clerk where they are open to public inspections, as required by Government Code Section 50022.3. The county animal control code and any amendments thereto are referred to and adopted by this reference as part of this city ordinance, as provided for in Government Code Section 50022.2 to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this title.
