§ 4.04.060. Bidding.

Purchases of supplies and equipment shall be pursuant to Sections 4.04.070 and 4.04.080. Bidding shall be dispensed with only when an emergency requires that an order be placed with the nearest available source of supply, when each unit to be purchased is less than fifteen thousand dollars, or when the commodity can be obtained from only one vendor.
