§ 1.10.010. Designation of places where ordinances or public notices are to be posted.

In accordance with Section 36933 of the Government Code of the state, the council declares that city ordinances shall be posted in the El Cerrito Public Library and two or more other public places designated by council resolution. All notices required by law to be posted shall also be posted in the above designated public places.
