§ 18.36.010. Notice.

Appeal may be made to the council from any decision, determination or requirements of the planning commission, planning commission subdivision committee, or city engineer, by filing a notice thereof in writing with the city clerk within five days after such decision or determination or requirement pertaining to any subdivision filed under this title is made. Such notice shall set forth in detail the action and the ground by and upon which the subdivider deems himself aggrieved.
