§ 18.28.070. General requirements.

The subdivider shall install improvements in accordance with the general requirements set forth in Sections 18.28.080 through 18.28.180 provided that the city engineer may require changes in typical section and details if unusual conditions due to soil conditions arise during construction to warrant such change; such changes to be at the expense of the subdivider.
