§ 18.28.010. Standard specification conformity.

All improvements mentioned in this chapter shall conform to those required in the "Standard Improvement Specification" prepared by the city engineer, recommended by the planning commission, and adopted by the council, copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk and city engineer.
