§ 18.20.060. Approved required—Appeal.

The soil investigation report for each lot shall be approved by the city building official if he determines that the recommended action is likely to prevent structural damage to each structure proposed to be constructed on each lot in the subdivision. Each building permit issued shall be conditioned upon the incorporation of the approved recommended corrective action in the construction of each structure. Appeal from such determination shall be to the city council.
