§ 18.20.010. Chapter purpose.

This chapter is enacted pursuant to the requirements of California Health and Safety Code Section 17953 and Section 17957 which permits a city to enact an alternate procedure which is more restrictive than the procedure specified in Sections 17953, 17954 and 17955.
