§ 18.12.110. Improvement plans and profiles.

Following the approval of the tentative map, the subdivider shall furnish the city engineer with the following information provided it has not been previously required:
A.

The profile of each street with tentative grades and typical street cross-sections, showing the width of roadways, location and width of sidewalks, curb and gutter;

B.

A plan and profile of proposed sanitary sewers, storm drains and culverts with grades and sizes indicated;

C.

Proposed location of drainage structures, culverts and sewer manholes;

D.

Contract plans and specifications for improvements to be constructed within the subdivision as specified by Section 18.28.010.
