§ 18.12.040. Approval.

Approval of the tentative map. with amendments, if any, shall be deemed as final approval and no final map need be submitted, provided that the subdivision committee may require that all the provisions of this title pertaining to subdivision into five or more lots be complied with where it is the opinion of the subdivision committee that the intent is to ultimately subdivide into five or more lots.
