§ 18.08.070. Subdivider.

"Subdivider" means any individual, firm, association, syndicate, copartnership, corporation, trust or any legal entity commencing proceedings under this title, to effect a subdivision of land for himself or herself or for another and while used in masculine gender and singular number, it shall be deemed to mean and include the feminine or neuter gender and the plural number whenever required.
