§ 18.04.040. Subdivision committee—Created.

There is created a subdivision committee to consist of two members of the planning commission appointed by the chairperson of said planning commission, the city engineer, and the city manager. Such committee shall have the powers and duties as are specified by this title under Chapter 18.12.
