§ 16.28.010. Housemover's permit—Required.

A.

It is unlawful for any person to move, or cause to be moved, upon a city street, any structure with a floor area greater than one hundred fifty square feet into, out of, through or within the city without first having obtained a housemover's permit from the city engineer.

B.

A housemover's permit shall not be issued until such time as a relocation permit is obtained from the building official, unless the structure is being moved from a location outside the city to a location outside the city.
