Appendix 201. Form of government.

Latest version.

The government of the City shall continue to be the Council-Manager form of government as established by the El Cerrito Municipal Code at the time that this Charter takes effect and by the laws of the State of California. The Council-Manager form of government of the City may be changed in the same ways and using the same procedures as a general law city.
